§ 01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "aa45ph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the aa45ph online gaming platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" means the aa45ph website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services accessible at aa45ph.com.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the aa45ph Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the aa45ph Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game or event through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements applicable to online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

§ 02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the aa45ph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of aa45ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the aa45ph Platform for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by aa45ph or any relevant regulatory authority.

By registering an Account or placing any Wager on the aa45ph Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this section. aa45ph reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any point during your use of the Platform.

§ 03 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the aa45ph Platform, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the aa45ph Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must notify aa45ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• aa45ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account registration is free of charge. aa45ph will never request payment in exchange for creating an Account.

aa45ph reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close any existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed.

§ 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aa45ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as listed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require submission of supporting documents before processing.
• aa45ph reserves the right to apply a minimum withdrawal amount and to set maximum withdrawal limits per transaction or per period, as published on the Platform.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Player Account.
• aa45ph does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account owned by the registered Player.

§ 05 Bonuses & Promotions

aa45ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from your Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet sizes applicable to each bonus will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• aa45ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, or per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or arbitrage strategies – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.
• aa45ph reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith.

§ 06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the aa45ph Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under live supervision.
• Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, aa45ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the Wager to the Player's Account.
• aa45ph is not responsible for losses incurred due to the Player's own internet connection issues, device failures, or power interruptions.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface prior to placing a Wager.
• aa45ph reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error, including where incorrect odds or game parameters were displayed due to a technical error.

§ 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aa45ph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's operation or other Players' experience.

§ 08 Responsible Gaming

aa45ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. We provide the following tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind Players of the time elapsed and amounts wagered during a session.

§ 09 Intellectual Property

All content on the aa45ph Platform – including but not limited to the aa45ph brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials – is the exclusive property of aa45ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of aa45ph.

§ 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, aa45ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from gameplay outcomes.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond aa45ph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.
• Any indirect or consequential loss not reasonably foreseeable by aa45ph at the time you began using the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit aa45ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

§ 11 Privacy & Data

aa45ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

aa45ph implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

§ 12 Termination

aa45ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a relevant regulatory authority.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate Account closure.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds and pending verification of legitimate play) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to aa45ph's standard withdrawal procedures. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity or Terms violations will be forfeited.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting aa45ph customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and your Real Money Balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal terms.

§ 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact aa45ph's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. aa45ph is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently. Complaints may be submitted via the contact details set out in Section 15 of these Terms & Conditions.

§ 14 Amendments to These Terms

aa45ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, aa45ph will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the aa45ph Platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
